When your christmas bonus goes horribly wrong..

Bad: Your employer gives you a $25 gift card to blockbuster as your christmas bonus.
Worse: At the store, you discover that the gift card has actually expired.
Worsest: In your state, it is illegal for companies to expire giftcards.
Worserest: UNLESS the gift card was issued before august 2003. And yours was.
This happened to karen last night! I couldn’t actually believe it.
Blockbuster made everything right with the world. Karen called up their corporate office and complained, and they issued her a brand new gift card in the mail. Not bad!
