Homer Vs. Kidd

I’m driving today, and the person ahead of me was going ridiculously slow. Everyone knows that the proper thing to do in that situation is to politely tailgate. So I did. After about 5 seconds, I see the guy in front of me wag his finger in the rear view mirror in the “uh uh uh” side-to-side motion, as if to give me a stern warning that I am doing something naughty. But he made the finger motion really fast! And instantly my nintendo-honed reflexes kicked in, because that reminded me of King Hippo from Punch out.

King hippo would make this really rapid motion, I can’t remember exactly what he did but it was your cue to get out of the way, and punch him 3 times in the gut while he pulled up his pants after every hit. You finished the job with a nice roundhouse to the face. Or something like that. Road Rage meets Punch out. I wonder if the guy in front of me had two band aids crisscrossed over his navel. Because that would have made me extremely happy.
