Our New House

Ok this time, this is it. This is in southington, built in 1951. It needs a little bit of updating (like maybe some new wiring and circuit breaker, eventually a new furnace and maybe a central air unit, etc..) but this is exactly what we were looking for. The place went on the market on a tuesday, we did the showing on wednesday, and we put an offer on it thursday, but there was already another offer on it! We beat them out (It really helps your bargaining position when you don’t have to sell an existing property). Our inspection went mostly fine, and we anticipate closing at the end of may.

Why is it Ciccio always wants to play with Bitches? I don’t get it. Who cares about playing with the dogs, thats plenty of room for the kiddies to run around, and hell, you could build a manly clubhouse back there…
Dude that clubhouse better be a tree clubhouse, with several floors including a pooper room on the bottom floor!
