On a day as ridiculously cold as today (outside temp reading a balmy 2 degrees f), it’s nice to remember that in New England it isn’t always this bad. This picture was taken last summer, not too far from my house, in the dog days of summer. A shiny nickle to the first person who can guess the location.

Buck Rogers Space Vampire Episode

On January 12th SciFi is playing the dreaded Buck Roger’s Space Vampire Episode. As any little kid of my generation will tell you, this episode was just about the scariest thing ever. TiVo is poised to record it, and I think I’m ready to watch it again. First time I watched it, I couldn’t sleep for days. Maybe this time it won’t have the same effect.

This episode was unusually good, considering most of season 2 completely sucked. Buck started to get, shall we say, seasoned?
